DEALER ADVERTISING & MARKETING SUPPORT PROGRAMS Effective: January 2005 To help you increase your sales of Humanicare Products, we can support your efforts in three ways: Plan 1 - Humanicare's standard program is based on a percentage of the cost of your advertisement. Plan 2 - This plan is based on sales of the prior calendar year. 3% can be set aside and used in the current calendar year with a limit of $300 in credit. A pre-approval form must be submitted for approval by March 30th of the current calendar year. Plan 3 - For first time advertisers, a credit for $250 will be set aside to provide reimbursement for Humanicare advertising. Co-op advertising would include display ads in Local Newspapers, Radio Commercials, Cable TV ads. We do not support Yellow Page Advertising. Ad slicks and radio scripts are available at no additional cost. Reimbursements for co-op advertising are in invoice credits to be applied against the purchase of goods from Humanicare off of the regular Dealer Price List. For those dealers who have bought from a wholesale distributor see Plan 2. Proof of purchase from your wholesaler must be submitted to establish the amount of your credit. PLEASE NOTE: The Co-op Advertising Agreement form must be submitted and approved in writing BEFORE placement of any ads. Humanicare reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Program at any time. Humanicare will not be bound by any commitment that is not set forth in a written Co-op Advertising Agreement signed by Humanicare.
